Minecraft Crashes When Entering The Nether

While playing on my multiplayer server whenever i go into the nether portal my game always crashes. When I reopen minecraft and go through the portal again it does not crash.

Edit: I'm not sure if that is the right crash report or not. The client just completely closed and i had to reopen the launcher to play again.
