Sponge Block Incident

What I expected to happen was...:
To Get a Sponge Block from my creative Inventory

What actually happened was...:
when i put my cursor over the icon of the sponge,Instead of saying "sponge" The title said "I LOVE GAY PORNO"

I Couldn't Take a screen-shot (my laptop cant D; Sorry!)
Afterwards i checked my other worlds to see if the title of the of the sponge has changed, as i checked, the title has changed back to normal

Steps to Reproduce:
after that it didn't come back
