Minecraft Realm connection trouble

Hello!

Today, I bought Minecraft Realms to play with my friends, but we unexpectedly experienced two crashes in the same day, which unfortunately affected our gameplay. We are dealing with lag, and the game has rolled back twice, setting our progress back by approximately 15 minutes each time.

We would really appreciate some help, as we're eager to play without issues.

P.S: I know it's not a bug; however, I cannot change the "Issue Type"
