Creative mode

Creative mode is impossible to use

What I expected to happen was...:
When I build in a line it should not miss blocks

What actually happened was...:
When placing blocks in a row, holding in the button it leaves gaps

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in creative mode, enable flying and select a building block
2. move left or right whilst holding place block where you want to build
