Ejecting from a moving boat causes "Stickyness" while walking or running on the boat aterwards.

If exiting a moving boat, after being ejected on top of the boat, running around the top of the boat becomes "sticky". Moving around a boat that has been stopped before ejecting, does not cause this issue. Below I've attached a video that shows this in action, with mixed results. as you will see, sometimes you're more sticky than other times. Apologies for the crude example video.
