Server JRE/JDK crash

Had two server crashes with an unmodded .jar java server.  Logs are attached.

Installed JRE via 'winget install EclipseAdoptium.Temurin.21.JRE' per https://minecraft.wiki/w/Tutorials/Setting_up_a_server#Winget
