Shulker box and bundle items don't drop contents when destroyed by /kill

Items that are supposed to drop other items when destroyed (Shulkers, Bundles) don't when killed via /kill. This is inconsistent with other entity's item drops.

 

To Reproduce:

1. Grab a bundle from the creative inventory
2. Put at least one item in it
3. Drop it on the ground
4. Use Command "/kill @n[type=item]"
5. Notice that the bundle was killed but it's contents were not dropped
