No cave sounds

Hello, since I played Minecraft in another old launcher there have been cave sounds, but in the new versions there are none and it affects all versions 1.20 and 1.21.4
I'm thinking if there was an elimination or they failed to progress
but I hope they fix it. I use the original launcher
