Mooshrooms always turn into temperate cows when sheared, independently of biome

When shearing a Mooshroom, it will always transform into a Temperate Cow, not respecting the variant set for the biome it is sheared or was spawned in. The expected behavior would be it turning into a variant that fits the biome it was born in.
