Game freezes and then blacks out

I play vanilla Minecraft on a server, while playing the game randomly freezes and after freezing if I Alt + Tab, the screen goes black. I can still press ESC and interact with UI elements but I can't see anything. It takes around 10-40 min after launching the world for the game to freeze. I have a recorded the whole thing and attaching the video. It did not have similar experience with previous version 1.21.3.

PS. In the recording when I Alt+Tab after game froze, it still shows the game screen but on my screen it shows black.
