Redstone Repeaters Not Loading in Correctly After Crossing Dimensions Consecutively

I couldn't replicate it while recording but it seems that every now and then my redstone of my repeaters just stops loading?

It could be the mods I'm using, Litematica and MiniHub, but it could also be a computer issue? I don't know
