Firefly bushes unaffected by biome colormap

The firefly bush plant stays the same colour regardless of what biome it is in unlike most other foliage types (such as Short Grass/Ferns) and creates inconsistency with the Bush. This makes it only fit in with swamp despite its ability to be placed in any biome on the right block.
