Beacons play the deactivation sound every game tick while on the death screen

The Bug

Beacons play the "Beacon deactivates" sound every game tick while on the death screen. They also deactivate momentarily when the player dies near them and respawns, before activating again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a basic beacon pyramid build.
2. Stand close to the beacon, and run /kill.

Observed Results

The beacon plays the deactivation sound every game tick on the death screen. When respawning, the beacon is deactivated but reactivates soon after.
