I can't change my minecraft skin

I cant change my minecraft skin even though it says I have on the website

What I expected to happen was...:
The ususal change of skin when I upload the file 

What actually happened was...:
I have a random skin I never selected on java, but I think that i have that skin on bedrock on my other computer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have minecraft Java on 2 computers

2. Log in to minecraft bedrock on the first device, then change to a skin that is available on bedrock

3. Log in to java on the second device, then play some times and the skin will change
