[MC-279840] Saddle item texture is not vertically centered

Saddles are biased downwards in item slots, leaving a gap above them which generally does not happen for other items.

This also affects the empty slot icon used for saddles.

Move the saddle textures upwards a pixel or so. They could also be moved to the left by a pixel.
