Description:

On 1.21.4, get duration of 1600gt lingering potion, in the inventory display 20 seconds, actual effect for 80 seconds.

Expected:

Get duration of 1600gt lingering potion, in the inventory display 80 seconds, actual effect for 80 seconds.
