Continued Item Usage in GUI or Paused

When holding a item with a usable feature, and opening a GUI, sometimes the item will stay in the used animation, like with the consumable component, etc. Happens always on servers with custom GUIS, also when pausing the game. Reproduced on Mojira Bug Testing server using Villager Trade Screen.
