Similar to MC-279772, dropping an item is not influenced by the player's movement; the dropped item's motion remains unchanged.

Steps to reproduce

1. /effect give @s minecraft:jump_boost infinite 9 true

2. Drop an item while jumping

Expected behavior: The trajectory of dropped items should be influenced by the player's movement.
Observed behavior: The player's movement does not influence the trajectory of dropped items.
