Naturally spawning trial spawner has normal trial loot during ominous trial

I was going for a mace in a private world and fully cleared out a trial chamber, all while using a bad omen potion (I had the trial omen effect the entire time, and I got all the particles of an ominous trial and everything). After doing it all and not receiving any ominous keys, I thought it was strange and checked the loot tables. Because I was also receiving swiftness potions (not in the ominous trial loot table), as well as normal trial keys, I realized they were giving me the wrong loot table. The wiki says that can happen if the spawners are manually placed, but they're not. I have changed versions on the world with the trial chamber in render distance, but only to versions 1.21.2 and 1.21.0 to try to get around the string duper patch, but never to a version before 1.21.
