Splash not changing after resource pack reloading

After changing to/from resource pack that contains splashes.txt file, the splash text in main menu is not changing upon reloading resources.

How to reproduce:

1. Check splash in main menu
2. Apply resource pack
3. Return to menu

Expected result:

Splash changed to something from splashes.txt,

Observed result:

Splash is the same as before applying resource pack.
