minecraft after entering a world does not respond

I was playing my hardcore world as usual, i had a farm, specifically an iron farm. I went AFK, and started playing geometry dash while i was AFK in the same pc, i don’t have great pc, when I returned back to  Minecraft, I closed Geometry Dash and Minecraft because I didn’t want to play anymore. A few later I returned but when i tried to join the world after 2 seconds the game show a screen of "minecraft does not respond", I tried to wait for like an hour but nothing happened, I closed the game, then I tried multiple times but nothing, then my game didn’t crash but all was frozen, I could move, break and place blocks, but chunks don’t load, entities don’t move and react and i can’t pick items. I’ve tried multiples solutions but nothing function.
