Blocking sound doesn't play

When specified minecraft:blocks_attacks={}, when blocking a mob, the sound doesn't play.

Command Used: /item replace entity @s weapon with minecraft:diamond_sword[minecraft:blocks_attacks={}] with a weapon in inventory.
