Instrument component crashes the game

The Bug:

Instrument component is crashing the game.

In 25w04a, instrument components started causing crashes when pasted. And while typing the command, it is unable to finish the command's quotation mark after 

...",description:"...

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open text box or command block.
2. Paste 

   give @s goat_horn[instrument={use_duration:10,range:2,sound_event:"block.amethyst_block.resonate",description:""}]

Observed Behavior:

Game crashes.

Expected Behavior:

Game would not crash.
