When in crouch mode, movement is slowed to less than a crawl.

(This is a resubmission of a bug report  that was clsed due to my not responding.) Character speed is slowed to a crawl in crouch position. I am unable to submit a clip  to show the difference because I did not make a clip of the character speed prior to the 1.21.4 update. I also do not know how to make a video of my gameplay.

What I expected to happen was...:for my character to move in the crouched speed that I am used to.

What actually happened was...:when I crouched, my character moved so slow that it appeared to be in .25 speed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select crouch mode (left shift)
2. Move forward
