Minecraft won't open what so ever

Today, I had some problems with my computer, and apparently, I had a broken driver for my graphics card. I installed the latest one AMD had on their site, and it worked. I started having lots of lag.... not normal lag.... where as I typically get 150, I was getting about 50. I decided I should restart my computer, and it crashed while starting up. I ran a System repair ward on my computer, and I restored my computer to before this mess ever happened. Now, everything is working, besides minecraft...... When I go to try to open the program, nothing happens what so ever. I even tried to run it as admin, but that still didn't help at all. What should I do to be able to play minecraft again?
