This isnt a bug but it is extremely annoying that the pie chart scales with all other GUI

This is annoying because I cant change the size of only the pie chart, when I make the GUI bigger the size of the pie chart takes up half my screen. Can there be a way of making the pie chart increase and decrease in size using F3 and - to make it smaller or F3 and + to make it bigger?
