"Player moved wrongly" spam when sprinting against a moving piston

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a sideways facing piston, powered by a simple observer clock.
2. Enter survival mode.
3. Sprint against the moving piston from the front.
4. "Player moved wrongly" messages are spammed in the log.
