The game stalls when running the "/test clearall" command with large radiuses

The Bug:

The game stalls when running the "/test clearall" command with large radiuses.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run the "/test clearall" command with a high radius by using the command provided below.

   /test clearall 1000000

2. Attempt to throw some items on the ground and notice how you're unable to.

Observed Behavior:

The game stalls.

Expected Behavior:

The game would not stall.
