Actions and Stuff Texture slider not working for realms

What I expected to happen was...:
Using the Actions and Stuff texture pack, the slider should disable the textures while keeping the new animations. This functioned correctly in locally hosted worlds.

What actually happened was...:
The slider would work correctly, and would display the new setting, but would not keep the changes whenever the world was started.

Steps to Reproduce:

Did NOT produce error

1. Create new world
2. Add the "Actions and Stuff" texture pack
3. Click the settings button beneath the texture pack and move the slider until it says "64x"
4. Start the world locally (Not on realm)
5. Setting adjusts correctly and uses default Minecraft textures with new animations

Did produce error

1. Create new world
2. Add actions and stuff texture pack
3. Click the settings button beneath the texture pack and move the slider until it says "64x"
4. Start the world using a realm
5. Setting defaults back to "16x" and textures remains

This issue persists even when starting the world from the realm screen as well
