All Plants are inside the mineable/axe Tag File

In the default datapack files the tags list of the mineable/axe is filled with all kinds of plants.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that plants like potatoes, carrot or short_grass belong inside the mineable/hoe file.

What actually happened was...:
List of Plants that in my oppinion dont belong here:

• Beetroots
• Brown Mushroom
• Carrots
• Cave Vines Plant
• Cave Vines
• Crimson Fungus
• Dead Bush
• Fern
• Glow Litchen
• Short Grass
• Large Fern
• Lily Pad
• Potatoes
• Red Mushroom
• Small Dripleaf
• Spore Blossom
• Sugar Cane
• Sweet Berry Bush
• Tall Grass
• Vine
• Warped Fungus
• Wheat

There are more but I think these are the most obvious.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Version Files and search up the data/minecraft/tags/block/mineable/axe.json

2. Read the listed blocks
