The minecraft:entity.arrow.hit_player sound is played when player is hit by an arrow shot by himself

In 1.21.4, the 'ding' sound was played only when you get hit by an arrow shot by other players, or vice versa. In 25w02a, this sound is played even when you are hit by an arrow shot by yourself. Not sure if this is an intended change.
