Minecraft 25w02a Bug where you can't return to the overworld after summoning the ender dragon

In Minecraft 25w02a snapshot, after summoning the ender dragon and creating an end portal in creative mode, it does not return to its original location, but keeps spawning in the ender world. There also seems to be a bug where you can't return to the overworld even after killing the ender dragon.
