Shulker Boxes drop all their items when broken with a Pickaxe

In the latest Snapshot Shulker Boxes have lost functionality no matter if you break it via Pickaxe or Hand it always drops it contents, I've seen a user on reddit talking about the same problem in the same snapshot I assume it's an issue revolving the Snapshot
