villiger keeps employed when jobsite removed in trade rebalance

Despite of i removed grindstone attached to weaponsmith (I also tried removed all grindstones villiger kept her job (wear weaponsmith's clothing and offer same weaponsmith's trades)

issue does not happen in any case. I have three weaponsmith and one of the is working as usually, rest two is bugged.
