Wall variants of hanging signs do not contribute towards their corresponding "Times Mined" statistic.

The Bug

When mining a hanging sign what is attached to the wall (ex. minecraft:oak_wall_hanging_sign) the action is not recorded in the "Times Mined" section of the statistics menu.

How To Reproduce

• Place a hanging sign on the side of a block.
• Mine the block.
• Pause and check the "Items" section of the statistics menu.
• Locate the hanging sign in the menu.
• Under the "Times Mined" section, the statistic will remain unchanged.
