Shulker Box drops items inside when mined

In both Creative and Survival mode, when you mine a shulker box, it drops all the items inside and the shulker box.

This also happens if you mine it with a pickaxe enchanted with Silk Touch, and in Creative mode, it duplicates the Shulker Box.
