Kelp, twisting vines, weeping vines, and cave vines can no longer be stacked above or below one another by placing

Kelp can no longer be placed on top of kelp, twisting vines on top of twisting vines, weeping vines below weeping vines, or cave vines below cave vines. Instead, bone meal must be used or it must grow naturally. Caused by the fix of MC-278502?

How to reproduce

1. Place kelp
2. Try to place kelp on top
3. Notice that it does not work
4. Place a twisting vine
5. Try to place a twisting vine on top
6. Notice that it does not work
7. Place a weeping vine
8. Try to place a weeping vine below

Expected result

You would be able to manually stack these plants as in version 1.21.4.

Observed result

You cannot do it.
