Flying down the side of honey blocks in creative mode no longer produces particles

Before 1.15 Prerelease 2, flying down the side of honey blocks in creative mode emitted particles. Now, it only produces the sound.

How to reproduce

1. Build a pillar with honey blocks
2. Fly down the side of it in creative mode

Expected result

Particles would be emitted as if you were descending by falling.
