The Bug:
The titles within some player reporting and punishment menus are improperly capitalized.
Throughout the game, the titles of GUIs are normally capitalized, but this isn't always the case with the player reporting and punishment menus, therefore introducing an inconsistency.
Affected Strings:

Observed Behavior:
Some titles are improperly capitalized.
Expected Behavior:
All titles would be properly capitalized.
