The Bug:

Subtitles for boat paddling sounds are identical but are shown separately.

For context, we're talking about the "Rowing" subtitle.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure that you have subtitles enabled.
2. Play the appropriate sounds in quick succession by using the commands provided below.

   /playsound minecraft:entity.boat.paddle_land master @s

   /playsound minecraft:entity.boat.paddle_water master @s

3. Look at the subtitles overlay.

Observed Behavior:

The subtitles are identical but are shown separately.

Expected Behavior:

The subtitles would not be shown separately.
