Dropping certain items while right clicking causes the movement speed reduction to persist

This bug works with these items that I've tested: Trident, Bows, Crossbows, food in general, and shields.

If you have a any of these items in your main hand, hold right click to aim, and then press Q to drop it, all while you hold right click, the speed reduction that using them gives you will persist
