Salmon, cod, tropical fish, and pufferfish drop bone meal instead of bones on death

How to reproduce:

1. Spawn either salmon, cod tropical fish or pufferfish
2. Kill it
3. After a few tries, take note what the fish drops.

From MCPE-33124, fish are intended to drop bones, not bone meal.
