Salmon not spawning in rivers in the Pale Garden biome, it can be only be obtained from fishing. (in Single-biome worlds)

The new Pale Garden biome has a problem when playing on Single-biome world type: Rivers spawn, but you do not see any salmon. You can only get salmon (without bonus chests) with fishing.
