"Woo, minecraftforum!" splash text not added back after the archival was cancelled

After the announcement of that the Minecraft Forum  was being archived in 2019, the "Woo, minecraftforum!" splash text was removed from the game. It was later revealed, however, that the Forum would still be able to keep going, but the splash text was never added back.
