Some chat disabled strings are missing verbs and articles, and don't pluralize appropriate words.
Affected Strings:

Steps to Reproduce:
- Display any of the affected strings as listed above by using the command provided below and replacing "XYZ" with the string's translation key.
/tellraw @s {"translate":"XYZ"} - Observe if the string contains the said errors.
Observed Behavior:
Some chat disabled strings are missing verbs and articles, and don't pluralize appropriate words.
Expected Behavior:
All chat disabled strings would not be missing verbs or articles, and would pluralize appropriate words.
