Lodestone compass doesn't change in Item Frame

1.combine a compass with a lodestone

2.put it into a item frame

3.brake the lodestone. If everything right,that lodestone compass will rotate randomly,but it 

4.take the lodestone compass from item frame,it rotates randomly
