problem with a shortcut "shift + click"

I find a bug, and this bug It doesn't just happen to me, probably already know the shortcut "shift + click", when I do it what happens to me is that the items go to the hotbar from the right side to the left, that is (from slot 9 to slot 1). and not to the other side, and i want be the other way around from the hotbar from the left side to the right, that is (from slot 1 to slot 9)
