Middle clicking any entity (signs, maps, etc.) does not give you that item

After upgrading to 1.21.4, if you try to use the middle click to grab an entity (such as a sign, a map, or a painting) it will not give you that entity. This only happens on 1.21.4, and is very annoying.

 

How to recreate bug:

1. Middle click any entity in a world.
