Tick freezing the world not saved when relogging

When you tick freeze a world it'll unfreeze when you quit and rejoin it.

This isn't ideal as you may have frozen the world due to working on something that'll break as soon as the world starts ticking.

Reproduction steps

• do /tick freeze
• leave the world and rejoin it

Observed results

• the world gets unfrozen when you rejoin it

• the world would remain frozen
