curl: (6) Could not resolve host: launchermeta.mojang.com

Hello, sorry if any details were wrong or if this the wrong place.

I am setting up a Minecraft server using Pterodactyl  on a Linux server (not local) and whenever it goes to download the latest MC version so I can get the jarfile the logs error with the following:

No software firewall on my server and the dedicated firewall has all the ports opened.

Are you guys able to provide any assistance as to why I'm getting the cURL error?

I can ping outwards from my server:
